Disabling of Pop-up Blocker for Top Up via eNets

Before you proceed to top up your MatchMove Wallet via eNets, you need to ensure that you’ve disabled the pop-up blocker in your browser in order for you to successfully complete your eNets top up.

You can either choose to disable the pop-up blocker software in your browser completely or selectively allow pop-ups from the following sites (domain).

      • www.enets.sg
      • dbsd2pay.dbs.com (for DBS/POSB Account holders)
      • uniservices1.uobgroup.com (for UOB Account holders)
      • www.citibank.com.sg (for Citibank Account holders)
      • www.ocbc.com (For OCBC Account holders)
      • www.plus.com.sg (For Plus! Account holders)

Please see below for a step by step guide to configuring the pop-up blockers in the internet browsers most commonly used.

Configuring the Pop-up Blocker for Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the Menu button New Fx Menu and choose Options
3. Select the Content panel

4. To allow all pop-ups, uncheck Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker altogether. To see pop-ups for specific sites, click on Exceptions

5. In the input field for “Address of web site” indicate “www.enets.sg” and click the ‘Allow’ button. The website will be displayed in dialog box.

Note: Please also add the relevant bank’s sites to your list of allowed sites if you are using the DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB, Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank Internet banking facilities to make your payment. Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages will not be displayed and the transaction request will not be processed. (Go to top for the list of sites)

Configuring the Pop-up Blocker for Chrome

To see blocked pop-ups for a site, follow the steps listed below:

    1. If pop-ups have been blocked, you’ll see the blocked pop-up alert icon in the address bar. Click the icon to see a list of the blocked pop-ups.
    2. Click the link for the pop-up window that you’d like to see.
    3. To always see pop-ups for the site, select “Always show pop-ups from [site].” The site will be added to the exceptions list, which you can manage in the Content Settings dialog.

To manually allow pop-ups from a site, follow the steps below:

    1. Open Chrome
    2. Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Click Show advanced settings.
    5. In the “Privacy” section, click the Content settings button.
    6. In the “Pop-ups” section, click Manage exceptions.
    7. Click the “Hostname pattern” field and enter the domain name for which you want to create an exception.  Insert [*.] before the domain name i.e. [*.]www.enets.sg to create exceptions for an entire domain.
    8. Make sure that you select Allow under Behaviour and click on Done.

Configuring the Pop-up Blocker for Safari

      1. Open Safari
      2. Click on the Gear menu on the browser toolbar.
      3. Uncheck “Block Pop Up Windows”.

Note: There is no way to selectively disable the pop-up blocker in Safari. Please check “Block Pop-Up Windows” again when you’ve completed your top-up.

Configuring the Pop-up Blocker for Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on the Gear button and select Internet Options

3. Click on the Privacy tab.

4. Select Settings beside “Turn on Pop-up Blocker”

5. In the input field for “Address for website to allow” indicate “www.enets.sg” and click Add button. The website will be displayed in “Allowed sites” box.

6. Click Close and OK to apply the new settings
